Ordering Policies:

To place your order online, please
use our website to search for the products you want to order,
click on the “Buy Me” button to add them to your
cart.
Then click on a "View Order" link to retrieve your order
summary. Proceed to check out by clicking the "Checkout" button
on the Order Summary page. This will take you to the secure region
of our site where you can fill in your billing and shipping options
and information in a completely safe and secure environment --
you will see a lock (Internet Explorer browsers) or a key (Netscape
browsers) in the lower right hand corner of your browser to indicate
that you are in a securely encrypted environment. Follow the step-by-step
instructions.
Once you have finished filling out your billing and shipping information,
you will be taken to a confirmation page indicating that your payment
has been approved and your order is in process. You will receive
a confirmation of your order by email immediately.
To place your order by phone, please
use our website to search for the products you want to order,
and add them to your
cart. Then click on a "View Cart" link or shopping cart
icon to retrieve your order summary.
Once you are finished shopping, give us a call
and one of our representatives will be happy to take your order
by phone. By shopping before you call, you will help us save
you time completing your order. No credit cards can be accepted

Shipping Policies:

We require 3 business days to process
orders. For US orders, we have UPS shipping to a customer’s
physical address or the United States Post Office for PO boxes.
Both delivery services take approximately 5 – 7 business
days for $18.00, which is already factored into the plan package
cost. All Energy Conservation Guide CDs will be mailed through
the United States Post Office.
RUSH Service
Telephone orders for in-stock items can be shipped the next day.
Delivery is via UPS 2-Day service (US deliveries only). The cost
is $25.00 plus our normal $18.00 shipping cost.
